John started out as the Ohio distributor for a couple Boston seafood companies, serving area restaurants. That was way back in 1990. He expanded to his own restaurant accounts. While at various restaurants throughout Ohio, passersby would ask, “where can I get the same quality seafood”? He then started a home delivery service which in turn led to opening his cafe and retail fish market.
